THP will run up and down HWY 13 at 85+ at times to find those going over the posted limit of 55. Will follow a vehicle going 55 or less to add pressure then illegally turn around to go hunt down someone else. If someone is speeding on the very low traffic road will catch up to someone over 55. They will say that they caught them going 70 a while back and had to really book it to catch them. Witnessed this revenue ring multiple times and reported to local unit. During disputing the traffic ticket noted over 75% of members there for going exactly 70 in a 55 on HWY 13. The Judge sided with the officer and probably enjoys a fair cut back.
