I-10 at Hwy 99 Interchange
Maroon police pickup with white markings on tailgate works from right side ditch near or under overpass. Very hard to ID – no light bar. Prefers to work in daylight when sun is in driver’s eyes. Ignores multiple vehicles – goes for clear shot on singles at range of about 200 yards with rear radar.
