I-10 Somewhere Around Willcox on a Deserted stretch of I-10 on the way back to our home in Texas.
Somewhere in the middle of I-10. I explained to the officer in very nice words that we were on the way to visit my dying mother. The day after this wonderful salute from Arizona, my mom passed away before we had the chance to get home to receive that news. The officer didn’t want to hear such a story. Thank you, the State of Arizona, because we don’t plan to darken the steps of your fine? state in the forseeable future. Tourism, forget it.

Cops sit in the thick scrub in the median on the 5 mile stretch east of Willcox between the town of Willcox and the exit for 191. I almost Always see trucks and cars pulled over near the 191 ramp.
