If you exit I-10 West and turn left to go over overpass on Pin Oak, there is no speed limit sign on the bridge. Once you get to bottom of the hill of the over pass you will then see a speed limit sign for 30 mph. The city of Katy PD sits down there and shoots radar onto the overpass to catch you as soon as your car starts the decline and then nails you for exceeding 30 mph well before you ever get within sight of the sign!
