I-140, the Chair Road overpass
The center pillars for the Chair Road overpass is nicely barricaded and paved around them. I-140 road on both sides approaches this overpass as a blind curve and the Sheriffs Department loves to use this area underneath the overpass as a tuck in point for a speedtrap.
