Speed trap by State Troopers, Sherrifs and Local cops both coming into and passing thru freeway and its worse on weekends starting thursdays. The small town needs the Federal money and the troopers use the Federal Step Program cause theres alot of drinking going on and they need the extra bonus money for every DUI they catch and ALL the cops want a piece of the action!
