I-20 East in Florence, at on ramp to I-95
Coming east from Columbia to Florence, speed is marked 70, drops to 65 for approximately 1 mile at the on ramp to I-95 north/south, then back to 70 again on I-95. Troopers wait at the intersection to catch drivers who don’t drop speed to 65, particularly at the end of the month to meet their quota.

There is no such thing as a quota. Quotas are illegal and unethical. Kinda like the speeding that you were doing that helped you discover this officer..
