I-20 West Right Before Exit 77 Sign
After exit 78, there is a slight hill. The cop hides right on the other side of the hill just before the Exit 77 sign. Apparently this is still part of the construction zone, even though there is no construction whatsoever. Still, this is a 55mph zone, so they hit you with double charges.

This is not a speed trap. A speed trap is a place where the cops in a small town sit and bust people comingthrough. The troopers you are talking about are not stopping people until they are doing at leat 13 over.
