I-20/59 Rest Stop East of Tuscaloosa
Usually one on east side and one trooper on west side writing tickets. It doesn’t matter that they have unsolved murders within 5 miles, they just write more tickets.

Troopers work traffic, speeders and wrecks. The local police work murders. I guess ifthere is a murder in a town then no tickets should be wrote until the murder is solved. What a smart thing to do.
