Highway Patrol will sit in the emergency access. When going Eastbound the emergency access can’t be seen because it’s elevation is low enough in that spot that it makes it hard to spot until it’s too late. When going Westbound, the 57th street bridge railings block view of officers perched in the access. but a well positioned radar detector in the your car should pick them up before it’s to late.
