I-275 near S. Huron Road Exit
Township officers are issuing tickets for speeding in a work zone, two common citations:over 70 in a 45 and over 70 in a 60. The ONLY posted speed limit is 70 except for the S. Huron Road exit ramp (EXIT 45 sign). This is indeed a work zone, but the only “road work” being done on this stretch is on the bike path >30 feet from the freeway. These citations should not be enforceable. Please consider contesting them in court.
