I-29 ND/SD border, HP sits in median at night
The area of the I-29 ND/SD border is a dark stretch of interstate, can’t see the HP until your lights illuminate the reflective markings on the HP crusier. HP usually sits in the median about a mile into the state of SD. A radar detector works excellent, you can usually pick up the signal from a good distance away.
