I-35 North, near Italy
Speed limit inexplicably drops to 65 mph here, with no warning and hard to see signage. Cops are relentless in pulling over, even if you are just "keeping up" with traffic. Must be Italy’s sole source of revenue – don’t be fooled by its "charming" name.

I live in this town of about 2000 south of Dallas. Yes, it is a speed trap, just like the town 5 miles south of it Milford, tx.
Italy and Milford can write tickets in each others jurisdiction. But, If you are south of the ellis county line, neither one of them can. Or if you are NORTH of italy. They cannot legally write a ticket. They plan on you just paying it. Also, the speed limit drops from 70 to 65 6 miles south of Italy at th ellis county line.
