I-35N at mile 91
Purcell police parked on opposite side of highway. Although traffic was moderate and I was being passed by other vehicles I was pulled over after being "clocked" by radar. When I asked the officer about the other vehicles that were passing me, he replied "We can’t catch them all" The Purcell PD takes no responsibility to determine the correct vehicle that is commiting the violation, just the closest one. There is no way the officer could have positively identified my vehicle due to the traffic and the distance between his cruiser and my vehicle.
