They hide behind the bridge supports on the left side of the I-84 overpass at mile marker 4 on the Westbound lanes. Can’t be seen until you are on top of them. Operated by the State Police.

Drives a white unmarked cruiser with front bumper gaurd and black spot lights on each side.
Thinks he's Roy Rodgers or something and trying to make a name fer himself.
Will even follow you into shopping areas.
