I-40, between Hwy. 59 exit and Oklahoma border
The city of Van Buren and Arkansas State Police love to patrol the five miles between Van Buren and Oklahoma "in the name of catching drug runners." Patrol cars will usually sit in the median clocking the I-40 east-bound lane, before you reach the visitor’s center. The lane goes over a small hill before you reach their favorite spot. By that time, if you see them it’s too late.
