A steep 9% degree downhill slope I was passing 2 semi-trailers at approx. 9 pm CHP was hiding in bushes on passing lane side, no lights. They said I was doing 86 approx.
No proof needed there should be some accountability here. The proof of guilt is on them, also if some had to pull over for flat or bad accident waiting to happen very unsafe behavior
