Going East-bound 100 yards of less from the 391 mile-marker, the Knoxville City Police sit, backed up between the guard rail openings and await anyone going over 63 MPH. They are sitting right in front of the big RUTLEDGE PIKE NEXT EXIT 392 1 MILE sign. Be very careful here. It is best to travel at 60 MPH than get a ticket. I have known numerous people that have gotten tickets here. I see one or two City-Kitty cars parked here almost every day or I see them having someone pulled over.
