They sit just south of the exit 100 to Port Washington, as you come north down the long hill. They sit just in line with the center support of the over pass that crosses I-43 right before you get to the exit of Port Washington (heading north). They also like to sit in the dark in the u-turn with the car pointed south so you cannot see the decale reflection on the side of the car, when you are heading northbound.
