I-44 is in Shrewsbury City Limits for far less than a mile. A MAJOR generator of revenue. One exit and one entrance to Interstate in the city limits and the cop parks up on the Eastbound grass shoulder or sits at top of Eastbound entry ramp and shoots you in the back. Enforcement at this level is all about cash register justice. And cops wonder why they are disliked so much.
