I-45 northbound between exit 272 and 273

Speed limit signs are small, one side of the road, no speed limit change signs seen after miles of faster speeds. Woe to out of state drivers! Welcome to Texas. After my ticket, saw two Wilmer police at the Love’s taking a break from writing tickets.

Comments:
Wilmer Texas is a town of about 3,500 people. It wrote over 15,000 tickets on I-75 last year. It took in over $1.75 million in fines. These are highway bandits with badges and a corrupt judge. Why has this town not been declared a speed trap? $750,000.00 went to the State of Texas while over $1 million stayed in this stinking little cesspool of a town. The people victimized out-number the scum who live here. Write your state representatives and demand that these fines be rescinded, the town be un-incorporated and that their "police" be prohibited from issuing citations anywhere near I-75. The figures I cite came from the Texas Office Of Court Administration. http://card.txcourts.gov/Secure/login.aspx?ReturnURL=default.aspx Simply run a public report. Svae it. Send a copy to your state representative.
