I-49 Grand Coteau-Sunset Exit.
When heading North or South or I-49 a speed trap is often located just before or just after the Grand Coteau-Sunset exit.

This trap [along with many others in Louisiana, I suspect] is no longer operating as originally reported. A law was passed in 2009 to mandate all highway ticket revenues for speeding less than 10 mph to go to Baton Rouge rather than the local government. I haven't seen this guy since and I travel it several times a week.
