Yep. It's over patrolled. The city of Carencro issued a citation, cut me a "break" by writing it for four mph less than what I was told I was doing. When I called, I asked if there was some way to keep it off my record, the receptionist said "Sure"! And went on to explain that if it was paid before the court date, it would never be on my court record.
