CHP park in the median hidden by brush from the southbound cars and by the overpass of a local street from northbound cars. Radar ON, they will cherry-pick any cars travelling over 70 mph (speed limit is 65 mph here). Both northbound and southbound traffic at risk, I see them here – and tickets being written – every day.
