Speed limit drops from 65 to 55. Very easy to not observe the 55 limit. Truckers beware! Troopers love trucks!

What trap? The speed is clearly posted. Just don't speed and you won't get ticketed......pretty simple concept.

Actually, there are several signs all the way from Exit 27 overpass to Exit 30...and beyone; if you speed, you deserve a ticket!
