UNDETECTABLE! WSP parked on left shoulder about 200 yards past truck scales shooting cars in left lane with laser. Extremely nasty–crest in hill makes him invisible until you are less than 100 yards away. Since left lane has just changed from HOV to all-traffic, they get a lot of single-drivers who were held up in other lanes who have just "released" into the open left lane.

In 2012: I haven't seen them there, and the truck scales were paved over several years ago. I'd suspect they would use the onramp from the S. Everett Park & Ride in the middle of the NB and SB freeway, but I haven't seen them there...yet.
