I-5 South, Mile post 213
Line of officers looks like a taxi stand. Not sure if its just and end of the month thing or if it’s every weekend. Officers located in the median by the fast lane. They have the district judge in the car with them for some reason.

I actually witnessed a cop cause a serious accident by backing in to a tight spot n.b.. A person cresting the hill was startled by the crusier who was barely of the rd. and swerved causing a spinout involving several cars.
