I 540 between Winslow and Fayetteville
If you are in the traffic heading to or from a Razorback football game or basketball game in Fayetteville be advised that officers from a half dozen nearby communities set up a tag team catch and ticket operation. Locals know this, but if you travel a great distance, don’t expect to be able to travel at the same speed as the "flow" of traffic. Do you suppose that they target out of state drivers since they will unlikely take the court route? Hmmmm

What speed should I be driving if I cannot drive at the "flow" of traffic? I'm doing a road trip on this road in a few months & I shall be an out-of-state driver. Should I put the cruise control at just under the limit & watch my brakes on the hills/mountains?
All cops target out of state cars because they know that they won't go to court.
The thing is the cops on I-540 target everyone, locals, out of state, I saw them stop an out of state cop car one time.
