I-55 Southbound 102 exit.
Troopers sit on the on ramp of south bound 102 exit and shoot radar as you crest the knoll north of the exit. On holiday weekends they have had as many as 8 patrol cars between exit 102 and exit 99 of I-55.

they are useing airplanes on this exit and they do it on holidays and i think it is the every 3rd weekend i can hear and see the airplane
