I-55 To Hwy 51 and on Quinlivan Rd
The (elected) Chief encourges his officers to write "out-of-towners" for anything they can for the revenue.That little burg recently incorporated parts of Fernwood,from Exit 10 to Exit 13 on I55 and the above mentioned parts.They now patrol HEAVILY and will write you,even when you think you are not in town.
