I-64 Westbound, approx. 7 miles east of Charlottesville
I drive from Richmond to Charlottesville frequently, and it seems like every time I get to the "Charlottesville, 7 mi." sign, there is a state trooper with someone pulled over.

my wife was picked up on i-64 at the 103 mile marker east bound. does anyone know the speed and if this is a trap area?
