I-65 mile marker 172-174
All black, unmarked SUVs parked in the center divider. After widening the highway, the limit was lowered from 70 to 65 (truck 65 to 60), which makes no sense. They particularly like out of state vehicles. I was doing 68 and was followed for several miles on the highway, off into Lafayette, all the way to my hotel.
