There has been a state trooper sitting at the top of the ramp of exit 54 when exiting eastbound

This speed trap has been eliminated by the opening of the East St Extension to Rt 85. The Trooper was sitting at the top of the ramp, but now this is in a traffic lane w/o a shoulder and connot be used t sit and run radar
