Emerson PD sometimes patrol the interstate. This is the only city to do this for 50 miles. I drive to Marietta from Adairsville; Adairsville PD, Cartersville PD , Acworth PD , Kennesaw PD, Marietta PD do not patrol the interstate. That is the job of the Ga Highway Patrol.

Don't do business in this town. That means avoid the hotels and fast food joints, including Chick-Fil-A. I lived in Duluth and received two tickets within 5 minutes (bogus speeding & red light camera). I still avoid businesses within their city limits.
