Motorcycle officers sitting beneath the highway 11 underpass clocking northbound lanes. The overpass has many structural supports and lighting is poor. 1 to 2 officers will camoflauged against the supports in the shadows. Facing oncoming traffic the officer has a clear veiw and excellent range. 65mph in this area and 5 over will result in a fine. Enforcement is high on clear sunny day afternoons between 10:00am and 7:00pm enforcement is nonexistant during periods of rain or cold temps.
