I-75 Expressway near Exit Number 11 & 12
Southbound I-75 between the walls at the Lockland Exit/Entrance. Also Northbound at the Shepherd Lane Exit before GE Plant.

If you ever had to make an EMS run for one of the MANY accidents in this location .... then you'd know.
Blame the ODOT and the Feds for not re-building the road a long time ago ....don't blame the cops!
