During holiday weekends, the Ohio Highway Patrol will pull over cars by the dozen for going more than 10 mph over the 65 mph limit. All of Interstate 75 which passes through Hancock County is a speed trap zone when heavy holiday traffic is present. My wife was clocked by aircraft and given a ticket for 77 in a 65 zone.
