I-75 Just before Paynes Prarie
Just before Paynes Prarie on 1-75, there is almost always a cop hidden behind trees on the left side. It is an excellent hiding spot for them because you can’t see them at all until you just drive by them

US 441 also goes through Paynes Prairie and you can get tagged with a ticket in a heart beat. I got one heading north as I was coming into Gainesville. It's not that the cops surprise you as much as the fact that the road remains 4 lane, smooth, and wide as you come into the outer edges of the Gainesville. You're coming off the prairie at cruising speed, and, if you're like me, you just don't want to slow down to 45 mph. I guess it could be seen as a trap, but the guy who pulled me over knocked several miles per hour off the ticket and saved me a lot of money.
