There may be many cars going the same speed but he will stop one at random. It can be after 5:00 PM — he was there at 6:30 PM on a Thursday evening with NO CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL, and it was NOT an ACTIVE Construction Zone. His excuse is that there might be construction going on at night. There was none. He is on the Right Hand Side of the road, and monitors the Left lane (the lanes split, and if you take the “fast” or left lane you are in his cross-hairs). He is not right where the speed changes, he is down the road a bit. Ticket says the officer is using LADAR. He is not even a State Trooper, he is a local cop printing money for the municipality.
