TN Highway Patrol likes to sit high on the hill of the entrance ramp on Exit 117 of Raccoon Valley going south on i-75. They are catching people who aren’t making the transition from 65 to 55 mph going into Knoxville. Also, occasionally that make their way up the road and sit on the side of the road just before the hill starts (before Brushy Valley overpass).
