I-75/Central Expwy access roads, both east & west sides
East Dallas drivers beware! This is a relatively new trap – they will not be there every week, but if you drive here regularly, you’ll encounter them. With a posted limit of just 35 coming off or on a busy freeway, it is easy to accidentally speed. Sometimes it’s a motorcycle cop on foot, hard to spot. Even a relatively minor ticket here will cost you $200 or more.

Southbound 75 exit of Campbell - Bridge construction at Galatyn has access road speed limit reduced to 35 mph. Richardson police are always here - unmarked police cars (blue, black and brown Chargers) park at corner of Palisades Blvd and 75 and pick off drivers constantly. I work in Palisades building overlooking bridge construction and see police cars filing in constantly. My daughter got a ticket here which was very expensive due to work zone even after hours and the ticket could not be dismissed.
