I-77 Between Harvard and Fleet
I believe this area is technically Cleveland, but I often see a Newburgh Heights cruiser sitting in the grassy hill just past the Fleet Avenue underpass.You can’t see it until you pass under the overpass, which it is then too late. Don’t go over 60 MPH On 77 on this stretch.

As of October 5th,2015, the Newburgh Heights PD is now using photo radar in this speed trap. The officers are not even in their cars so there is no way to know that you are being ticketed. There are no signs alerting drivers that there are entering a photo surveillance traffic pattern. Some motorists are being ticketed multiple times in one day without even knowing that a citation was issued until the mail shows up in the mailbox of the car's registered owner.
