This is a frequent speed trap. It is a real money maker for the state. The plane circles for hours on any given day of the week. The patrol cars hide out at the exits waiting for word from the eye in the sky.

Perhaps if people didn't drive more than 10+mph over the posted 70mph speed limit, it wouldn't be such a problem. This doesn't qualify as a speed trap, since there is no change in the speed limit for dozens of miles (except FASTER) and there is no restricted visibility of any kind. Just people speeding on the open road, who should know better.
