Unfortunately this is a dangerous strech of highway. Consider this a warning that the PA ( PennDOT) has reduced the normal highway speed from 65 to 50 for the entire strech of the road. It is difficult to keep at 50 in some spots because of the lay of the land (it is the Poconos!). Also the Troopers beginning to enforce rules of use of blinkers and distance from cars. (No infraction is too small). I know – I was unfortunate enough to get caught doing 65 downhill busted ).
