I-84 Eastbound Exit 16
As you approach Exit 16 (Eastbound) watch for trooper sitting just beside the exit ramp at bottom of hill. Cars in the left lane gathering speed after the climb up the hill between Exits 15 and 16 are prime targets for this trap.
