I-84 Westbound, One mile before town
Koberg’s Beach Rest Area, OSP likes to hide where the rest area meets the freeway. I drive this road quite often and see him there about 50% of the time in the morning. Speed is 65 but with construction happening in the area lately speeds have been down to 55.
