watch out going through Greenville. Once you pass Spartanburg County from the north, there are cops EVERYWHERE! State troopers, sheriffs, county police, city cops, and I do believe I saw a black chopper in the sky too. Once you get to the Clemson University exits on the South side, you should be fine. They were all out in force this past weekend–a dress rehearsal for Memorial Day, perhaps?
