I-85 between exit 209-211 (Poplar Ck Rd, Ruin Ck Rd, Dabney Dr)
Numerous Sheriff/HP cars on the overpass of Poplar Creek Rd (Ex209) and also in the median. Vance-Granville College is off this exit and seems their "cop school" teaches ticket giving in this area.
