I-86 under exit 40 bridge+1 mile east at U-turn
Travelling west-bound I-86 approching exit 40,just around the last right hand bend before the exit is a u-turn where at dusk many nights i have witnessed a NYSP cruiser shooting radar. It is VERY difficult to see these dark blue cars at this time of day/night. Also 1 mile further under the exit 40 bridge observing westbound traffic.
