I-90 Skyway (Toll) – Calumet River Bridge
On either side of the skyway bridge over the Calumet river, this huge, 6-lane highway is a 45 mph zone! Heading away from horrible Chicago, it is the last place you can get an Illinois ticket. Watch the outside lanes for rear-facing radar. When he pulls you over for going seventy, he will complain that you should slow down on this wide-open, gigantic stretch of TOLL road while he smiles and hands you a $140 ticket and takes your license.

How else are they going to pay for the tollway as it was sold at a ridiculous price?
This 6 lane wide expressway that in my experience is usually pretty empty has a ridiculous 45 MPH speed limit. Compared to the Bishop Ford Freeway which is a 55 MPH speed limit which is usually an extremely crowded highway with most people driving much faster than 55 MPH.
